*How is Coaching distinct from other professional services?
Coaching helps others improve their performance and learn to be their own problem solver. It is a client-driven process where all decisions are geared to the client’s desired outcome.
Counseling offers guidance to individuals with issues affecting their mental health and well-being. It often addresses issues that originate from the client’s past.
Consulting provides expert or specialized advice about a particular area of business. It often discerns the nature of a problem and how best to solve it.

*You are the boss. We focus on what you choose. I stay focused on you and not a pre-determined plan.
*You are a wise and resourced person. The answers you long for are inside of you. I help you get them out.
*Practical action leads to success. You choose action steps you feel excited about and lead to your desired outcome. I help you make them doable.
*How do I know if I’m ready for coaching?

*What is Whole Person Coaching?
Whole Person Coaching is a holistic coaching method that integrates one’s outer life and one’s inner world to create sustainable positive change, inside and out. It begins with the premise that each individual is whole, resourceful and has unlimited learning potential. *What is Lisa’s training?
Lisa received a BA in Special Education from the University of Texas and a MA in Leadership from Denver Seminary. She was ordained as a Deacon in the Anglican Church. Later in life she became a Whole Person Coach through Coach Training World in Oregon. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation (coachfederation.org), the leading global organization for credentialing coaching professionals. *How do I meet with Lisa?
We meet on Zoom, in 1-hour sessions, and clarify what you want to gain, talk about that and, if you want, use some creative coaching tools. You’ll leave with insights and actions steps that are exciting to you. In each session you’ll be creating the fulfilling work you long for.
